Our closer & the attorney are working on finalizing your Closing Disclosure, as well as generating the closing package. Amanda Bailey will forward your Final CD upon receipt from our closer and you will receive separate instructions if you need to sign the Final CD. Please note that you should ONLY utilize wiring instructions received directly from the attorney’s office!
Please note:
- Credit Inquiries for utilities are ok. Please refrain from opening any other debt.
- Once all items are in & reviewed, our team will reach out if anything else is needed prior to submitting to the Underwriter.
- Please confirm if you’ve received the attorney’s wiring instructions and/or confirmation of your closing time & date.
