After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2005, he launched his mortgage career, and since then, has helped thousands of homebuyers and homeowners successfully navigate the world of home financing with confidence.

He leads a high-performing team of mortgage rockstars who share his passion for delivering a smooth, personalized, and transparent experience for every client. Together, they’ve built a reputation for going above and beyond — whether it’s helping a first-time buyer close with ease or guiding a homeowner through a smart refinance strategy.

Alvaro started the Moreira Team Mortgage Blog to share real-world insights from nearly two decades in the industry. His goal is to provide honest, easy-to-understand mortgage advice that helps people make smarter financial decisions and build lasting wealth through homeownership.
