Your mortgage loan has been submitted back to our Underwriter for Clear to Close. Our team will notify you immediately if any other items are needed once the Underwriter reviews, or, when the Clear To Close is issued.
It’s also time to prepare for closing. Amanda Bailey will be reaching out to review your Initial Closing Disclosure, as well as general closing information. We will send the Initial Closing Disclosure as quickly as possible as this form must be signed three (3) business days prior to closing.
