Time for Closing! Our closer has sent the closing package to the attorney’s office and you are all set for closing.
Please read in full the following post-closing notes:
- Your first payment coupon will be mailed to your primary residence before your first payment is due. If you do not receive the payment coupon at least 5 days before the payment is due, please reach out to Amanda Bailey at amanda@moreirateam.com.
- If you receive a bill or invoice regarding your homeowner’s insurance premium after closing, please contact the closing attorney and/or Amanda Bailey, via email, at amanda@moreirateam.com as the insurance payment will be mailed to the agency directly from the closing attorney once closing is completed.
